The 2025 Queen City Fibre Festival was a roaring success! This year was our year of growing pains. We decided to ‘go big or go home’. This is also the first year with a planning committee, so Brianna had some much needed help.
The 2025 festival took place at the Bunge International Trade Center in Hall B. There was plenty of room for our vendors and shoppers to wander and visit.

We had talented artists from across the prairies attend our event. Everything from yarn to notions to finished items. Each year we add some new faces to the event.

Our charity of choice for 2025 was Mobile Crisis Services in Regina.
“At Mobile Crisis Services (MCS) Regina, our story is one of unwavering commitment and compassion. Since 1973, we’ve been a lifeline for our community, providing support and intervention 24/7, 365 days a year. Every day, we work to prevent crises from escalating and ensure that everyone in need can find a path to a safer, healthier future.
Our approach is grounded in the belief that effective crisis intervention starts with prevention. By addressing issues , we help & support individuals and families build resilience and maintain their well-being. Last year, we responded to 29,874 calls, each one a reminder of the vital role we play in fostering community safety. Through our collaboration and referral, with and to partners who share our vision, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives we touch.”
Through our raffle and 50/50 draw we were able to raise $1,060.00 for MCS.
Priaire Fibreshed and the Regina Weavers and Spinners Guild attended as our educational booths. They helped explain about the wool industry and different types of fibre arts.

Each year we collect yarn for Angels4Warmth. Volunteers use the yarn to make items such as hats, mittens, scarves, blankets and socks and distribute them to different schools and organizations.

As always we couldn’t make this show happen without the help of our planning committee and volunteers! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of our hard workers.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Queen City Fibre Festival!
Thank you to CC-B Photography for capturing these wonderful moments.
